Website and App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Qonnect website and any

Qonnect mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), whether or not you

purchase our services. By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to these

1. License to Use the Site/App: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-

transferable, revocable license to use our website and mobile app solely for

browsing content, managing your eSIM service, and other legitimate purposes

related to our services. You may download or print copies of content from the

site/app for your personal, non-commercial use, but you must retain all copyright and

proprietary notices. You may not exploit any part of the Platform for commercial gain

unrelated to Qonnect’s services.

2. Prohibited Website/App Uses: You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or

interfere with any other party’s use.

• Introduce any viruses, malware, or harmful code to the Platform, or use any

automated system (like bots, scrapers) to access data without permission.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, accounts,

computer systems or networks associated with Qonnect, or attempt to

circumvent any security measures.

• Post or transmit any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise

objectionable content on any interactive features (if such features exist, like

forums or comments).

• Use the Platform to advertise or promote any unrelated products or services,

or for any spam or solicitation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user we

suspect of violating these rules or any law.

3. User Content (if applicable): If the Platform allows you to submit any content

(such as profile information, reviews, feedback, or support inquiries), you agree that

any such content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate others’ rights. By

submitting content, you give Qonnect a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy,

modify, and display that content for the operation of the service (for example,

showing your reviews or using feedback to improve the service). We have the right,

but not the obligation, to monitor and remove user-submitted content at our

discretion.

4. Third-Party Links and Services: Our website or app may contain links to third-

party websites or services (for example, a link to a carrier’s site or a payment

processor). These links are provided for convenience only. Qonnect does not control

and is not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of those third-

party sites is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse any third-

party products or services unless expressly stated.5. Intellectual Property on the Platform: The Platform and all content available

through it are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Qonnect (Neovation Technologies LLC) either owns or has rights to use all text,

images, graphics, logos, button icons, videos, software code, and other content on

the Platform. You must not use Qonnect’s trademarks or trade dress (including the

look and feel of the site/app) without our prior written permission, except as allowed

by law. You must not remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notices on the

Platform. If you believe any material on our site infringes your copyright, please

notify us following our copyright policy (e.g., DMCA process if applicable).

6. Disclaimer (Site/App): While we strive to keep our website and app up-to-date

and secure, we do not guarantee that the Platform or any content on it will be

accurate, complete, or free from errors or interruptions. The Platform is provided on

an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all

conditions, warranties, or other terms which may apply to the Platform or any content

on it, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability (Site/App): To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qonnect

(Neovation Technologies LLC) and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or

damage arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) our

website or mobile app or reliance on any content on them. This includes any direct,

indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or certain types of

damages, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes and Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the

website, app, or any features or content therein at any time, without notice. We do

not guarantee that the Platform, or any content on it, will always be available or

updated. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time (and will

indicate the date of last revision at the top of this document). By continuing to use

the Platform after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms of Use.

9. App Stores: If you download our mobile app from an app store (like Apple App

Store or Google Play), you acknowledge that the app store providers (Apple or

Google, etc.) are not parties to this agreement and have no responsibility for the

app’s maintenance or support. You will comply with any applicable app store terms

(for example, Apple’s App Store Terms of Service). In the case of Apple, you

acknowledge Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries to these terms

and upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them

against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Governing Law (Site/App): The Terms of Use for the Platform are governed by

the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, as stated above. Any disputes relating to

the Platform or these terms will be handled as described in the "Governing Law and

Dispute Resolution" sections of the Terms and Conditions above.
